DCSO, GSSM host Active Aggressor Training

On Monday, June 19th and Tuesday, June 20th, the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office, along with The South Carolina Governor’s School for Science and Mathematics (GSSM) Department of Public Safety, hosted Active Aggressor Training at Brockington Elementary School in Darlington. Law enforcement agencies from across the Pee Dee participated in active shooter scenarios as well as medical and evacuation training, to better prepare responding officers in the event of an active shooter event.
