Coming off a split series with Caldwell Community College and Technical College, the Florence-Darlington Technical College Lady Stingers bounced back to defeat Catawba Valley Community College 3-2 in both games on Saturday.
Tech Stingers continue winning streak by sweeping Southeastern CC
The Florence-Darlington Technical College Stingers swept Southeastern Community College 10-6 and 10-4 in North Carolina Feb. 27 and 12-2 and 10-0 at home Feb. 28. In the first game, the Tech Stingers trailed Southeastern CC 5-1 throughout the first five innings; however, they tacked eight runs onto the scoreboard in the sixth inning and another run in the seventh.
