Church aids food program
Team Cherry Grove Missionary Baptist Church is partnering with the USDA Summer Feeding Program until school reopens in mid-August.
The project will provide breakfast and lunch for the summer to those 18 and younger.
There will be two pickup days, Mondays and Wednesdays, from 9-10:30 a.m. at the Pine Center, 310 Jessamine St., Darlington.
Meals are bagged in advance and handed to recipients at the door of the Pine Center. Children may pick up.
