City Manager releases Infrastructure Spending Report

At the Darlington City Council meeting on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, City Manager John Payne released the Infrastructure Spending Report, detailing grants and expenditures allotted to all city wards over the past 13 years. These include Community Development Block Grants (CDBG), S.C. Rural Infrastructure Authority (RIA) grants, S.C. Economic Development Administration (EDA) grants, and S.C. Infrastructure Investment Program (SCIIP) grants. The amounts are broken down by ward and city representative:

WARD 1, represented by Councilwoman Sheila Baccus:
