11:00 A.M. — Mayo High School Alumni Association Homecoming Parade, Grand Marshal is Captain Allen Thompson, Class of 1969.
5:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. — Mayo High School Alumni Association Homecoming Celebration 2023, Alumni Tailgate Party, Virgil Wells Stadium, 100 Magnolia Street, Darlington. Admission $5. DJ Fox (Class of 1980) will provide music. There will also be line dancing and karaoke.
10:00 P.M. — Mayo High School Alumni Association Official Afterparty, Chianti’s Wings and Things, 124 Cashua Street, Darlington.
Sun., Oct. 1:
10:30 A.M. — Mayo High School Alumni Association Homecoming Celebration, Praise and Worship service, A.W. Stanley Gymnasium, 100 Magnolia Street, MHS Alumni Praise and Worship Team will participate and the Speaker will be Rev. Andrew B. Scott (Class of 1973)
Sat., Oct. 7:
7:00 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. — Society Hill Fall Concert, sponsored by the Society Hill Community Garden. The event will feature Wanda Johnson & The Wobblers, Japonica Hall, 548 S.
