On Saturday, Sept. 28, 2023, the Darlington County Humane Society hosted an “Adopt-A-Pet” event at their location, 1705 Adoption Way, Darlington. The event drew 70 participants who were allowed to take a pet for a day to see how the animal would fit into their lifestyle and home dynamic. The event was a great success! PHOTO BY STEPHAN DREW
