Driver dead, passengers injured after crash
Tragedy struck on South Charleston Rd., near Oakland Rd., approximately 5 miles east of Darlington, South Carolina, as a single-vehicle collision claimed one life and left two individuals injured. The fatal accident involved a 2015 Mercedes Benz GLK350, which veered off the road, lost control, and collided with a tree. Sadly, the driver of the Mercedes succumbed to their injuries at the scene, while the two passengers were rushed to the hospital for medical attention. Authorities identified the deceased as Taylor Madison Britt, and the South Carolina Highway Patrol is diligently investigating the incident.
