Duke Energy gives grant to Lamar

The Town of Lamar is excited to announce that they have received an emergency preparedness grant from Duke Energy. They will use this grant of $5,000 to purchase equipment and supplies for emergency response. . As hurricane season begins, it’s important that we’re all prepared for severe weather.
