Hartsville falls to Lake View
The Lake View Lady Wild Gators defeated the Hartsville Red Foxes 53-39. After the first period of play, Lake View was up 14-3. By halftime, Lake View led 27-15. After three quarters, Lake View’s lead was cut to 9 points, 38-29. Lake View’s Jaleya Ford led the Lady Wild Gators with 15 points followed by Tianna Hamilton with 10 points. Ke’djah McNeil posted 9 points on the scoreboard while Saniyah Williams added 7 points. Ta’Kiyah Waters had 5 points, and Cornelia Mace scored 2 points. Hartsville’s Kindan Dawson led all scorers with 19 points. Tatiana Fisher added 14, and Kind placed 6 points onto the scoreboard. Lake View will face West Florence Thursday at 5:30 p.m. for the girls’ championship.
