The Wilson Tigers visited Jimmy White Park to take on the Hartsville Red Foxes in a baseball match they hoped to win, but the Red Foxes had other plans. The Tigers struckout in the first inning, which allowed the Red Foxes to be on the plate. The Red Foxes not only stunned the Wilson Tigers but also the visiting crowd as they went on to return home 11 times in the first inning alone, giving the team a huge lead early on. The second inning was much of the same as Wilson struckout allowing Hartsville to return home another 3 times, making the score 14-0 in favor of Hartsville. No one scored in the 3rd inning, but in the 4th inning Wilson was able to score twice, hyping up their crowd in the process. However, after the Tigers struckout once again, the game was called by the umpires. The Hartsville Red Foxes were able to dominate and win against the Wilson Tigers 14-2.
