Raceway President and Hall-of-Famer join Gov. & Mrs. McMaster in Columbia

NASCAR Hall of Famer Bobby Labonte, Darlington Raceway President Kerry Tharp, S.C. First Lady Peggy McMaster and Gov. Henry McMaster gather for an April 20 news conference at the Governor’s Mansion in Columbia to celebrate next month’s NASCAR race weekend in Darlington. “Darlington Raceway is one of the best racetracks in the country and I’m looking forward to seeing her in action for the Goodyear 400,” the governor said.
