Red Fox Boys tennis team loses to West Florence

Thurdsday, March 10th, the Hartsville Redfox boys tennis team competed against the West Florence Knights in Hartsville.
“It was a tough game” The Redfox Tennis coach, Dusty Braddock said after the Redfoxes lost 4 -2 to the Knights, “However, I’m not upset because it is a new team.”
The Hartsville Red Foxes Boys Tennis team is competing in their first season and the team has a large number of young/new players. Coach Braddock says that she is hopefull for the teams future since they have a lot to learn and knowledge to give younger players in years to come. Hartsville’s Athletic Director, Bradford Boob, hopes that other local schools like Darlington will eventually catch on to Hartsvilles success and form their own boys Tennis team as well. Since 2019, Harstville and Darlington Shared a tennis team untill Hartsville was able to break away and form their own.
