Hartsville Vs. Darlington Boys

Soccer Rivals Darlington and Hartsville played a grueling match on April 28th in Darlington. Hartsville was able to get things going in the 2nd half. Scoring 3 goals to make the final score 0-4 Darlington. Congrats on the Seasons both Falcons and Red Foxes.

Hartsville vs. Darlington Girls Soccer

Hartsville commanded game 1 against Darlington on April 27th beating the Falcons 12-1. Freshman Mia Blanford lead the Red Foxes with 3 Goals. Junior Kiki Johnson had 15 saves. It was a great showing from Hartsville over with 8 girls scoring goals. Congrats to both the both of you on the Season!

Darlington Golf

Darlington squeezed out a end of regular season win against Wilson on April 26th at the Country Club of South Carolina. Joseph Andrews was the match medalist shooting a 45 through 9 holes. Darlington’s Brantley Witherspoon took home 3rd place medalist shooting a 56. Congrats on a great season and look forward to seeing the team of juniors back next year!

Hartsville Golf

Hartsville Golf has also finished their regular season this week. The Red Foxes took on South Florence on April 26th extending their win streak. Drew Andrews of Hartsville shot a 36 through 9 holes taking the match medalist. Jacob Pulling also shot a notable 38. Tuesday the 27th the Red Foxes teed off against Cheraw winning 162-176 lead by Drew Andrews shooting a 38. The Red Foxes have remained undefeated through the season with the win against Cheraw bring their record to 12-0. Congratulations Hartsville on a perfect Season!

Hartsville Softball

Varsity Softball beat South Florence after 9 innings of tough softball in game 1 of the series. The Red Foxes were able to come back late and win 5-4. Alyssa Poston pitched a great game with 7 strikeouts and only 6 hits. Offensively K. Dawson had a great showing batting 3-5 with RBI’s and the Game winning hit. The Red Foxes will be playing game 2 with Wilson on Friday, May 7th at 6:00pm in Hartsville.

Hartsville Baseball

Varsity Baseball had a tough loss against South Florence on April 27th losing 0-1. Cam Cannarella pitched a great seven innings before handing the game to Harrison Moore. Moore ended up taking the lose after giving up an RBI. The Bruins pitcher Aydin Palmer pitched all nine innings with 10 strikeouts. The Red Foxes will be continuing their series with Wilson Friday May 7 at 6:30pm in Hartsville.
