Butler Heritage Foundation and the City of Hartsville celebrated Juneteenth with a cookout and program at Pride Park, 630 S. Sixth St., Hartsville. A large crowd watched the parade down Sixth Street and enjoyed delicious food, arts and craft vendors and heard inspiring messages from numerous prominent speakers.
