The Greater Hartsville Chamber of Commerce Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting were held at SugaRush Dessert Shop, located at Suite A, 907 W. Carolina Ave., in Hartsville. Chamber Exec. Director Murphy Monk explained that, although the shop has been open for 10 years, an official grand opening and ribbon cutting had never been held and, the chamber felt that it was long overdue.
