Student threatens Darlington Middle School
Monday afternoon, Sept. 18th, after school was dismissed, a Darlington Middle School student made a threat against the school to the School Resource Officer (SRO). The SRO responded immediately. The Darlington County Sheriff’s Office took the student into custody and the student will be charged. The district and the Darlington County Sheriff’s Office take all threats seriously and will respond accordingly.
