Three arrested for drugs

On Thursday, Sept. 7, 2023, Deputies executed a search warrant off of Lydia Hwy in the Hartsville area of Darlington County and recovered Fentanyl, Methamphetamine, pills, and Marijuana. The search warrant was the result of an ongoing Narcotics Investigation. Cydney Dunster, Cherod Johnson, and Michelle Loyd-Degan (all pictured here) were arrested at the scene. Johnson was currently out on Bond for Trafficking Crack Cocaine and (2) counts of Attempted Murder in 2021. This investigation is still ongoing and more charges may follow.
