Victim refuses to cooperate after shooting
On Thursday, August 7, 2023, Darlington County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a nearby hospital in reference to a gunshot victim where the incident may have occurred in Darlington County. The victim suffered non-life threatening wounds. The victim was uncooperative with law enforcement, signed a criminal withdrawal, and declined prosecution.
