Youth found with gun at Hartsville football game
Hartsville police report that they found a juvenile with a loaded pistol in a men’s restroom during a Hartsville High School football game Sept. 3. The juvenile was charged with possession of a weapon on school grounds, according to reports. Checking out a report of youths smoking marijuana in the bathroom, police found that one of the youths had a 9mm Taurus handgun with a fully loaded magazine, according to reports. Police also found a laser-sighting attachment in a nearby toilet. The other juveniles in the restroom are not facing charges.
